In 2020 we began the design and construction of the mechanical systems for a well-known German-backed multinational semiconductor manufacturer's new production plant in Cegléd. The investment is significant even on an international scale, worth approx. HUF 32 billion, and is closely linked to the rapidly growing trend of electromobility. The plant will produce semiconductor modules for the inverters of electric and hybrid vehicles.
Our task covers the design, construction and commissioning of the complete air handling, heating and cooling, smoke extraction, fire suppression and sanitary systems of the new cleanroom production area and its associated support buildings, as well as the industrial gas supply, compressed air, steam, water treatment and vacuum systems serving production. The work is being carried out by Kraftszer's industrial building services division and its engineering and installation team, with handover to the client in the last quarter of 2021.
