What we look for

How we select

  1. Application — by e-mail or through an employee referral.
  2. HR interview — in person or by phone.
  3. Interview with the head of the department.
  4. Decision — shortly after the interviews.
  5. Onboarding plan — to help the new colleague settle in, both generally and professionally.

For students

We have an agreement with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME): final-year students complete their professional placement with us — our intern László Gergely won the Dr Gergely Büki “Promise of District Heating” award in 2019. We also take on students for temporary work through a student cooperative.
