We have worked on Budapest's district heating network as a partner of FŐTÁV for years: we build trunk mains interconnecting heating zones, carry out rehabilitations and make new connections in one of the city's most densely built-up areas, crowded with utilities and heavy with traffic.
Selected projects
- the 2×DN600/Ø800, PN25 pre-insulated pipeline connecting the Újpest and Újpalota district heating zones;
- a pipeline built trenchless, 21 metres below ground, beneath a metro tunnel and tram tracks between Vágóhíd utca and Orczy út;
- 735 m of DN 250/400 trunk main in the city centre, on Apáczai Csere János utca;
- connection of the Dagály swimming pool complex and the Telekom headquarters to the district heating network.
Where necessary, we build a temporary supply for the duration of the works so that consumers are never cut off.
