Installation of a steam boiler and its integration into the Újpest power plant system. Our task was to supply the neighbouring Sanofi pharmaceutical plant with steam at 23 bar, 6 bar and 2.5 bar. Scope of supply: installation of one Universal Steam Boiler UL-SX 12 t/h, 25 bar steam boiler and construction of the steam system piping, with its electrical and control connections. Performance data: operating pressure: 25.5 bar (23 bar at 280 ºC, 6.1 bar at 260 ºC, 2.5 bar at 240 ºC); operating temperature: 300 ºC; route length: 350 m; typical size: DN 125 – DN 200
